With the introduction of new regulations, a number of processes / guidelines have changed. A summary of such changes in the student registration, examination enrollment, etc. are furnished hereunder : 1. CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) is being introduced which will be a mandatory qualifying test for all categories of students for registration to Executive Programme except a few exempted categories. Graduates / Post Graduates, who were hitherto eligible to seek registration directly to Executive Programme, will also have to qualify the CSEET to become eligible for registration to Executive Programme. 2. असम, बिहार में बाढ़ का कहर: करीब 37 लाख प्रभावित

बिहार में लगभग दस लाख लोग प्रभावित हुए हैं, जहां गंडक नदी ने तीन स्थानों पर दो तटबंधों को तोड़ दिया, जिससे कई क्षेत्रों में बाढ़ आ गई। अभी तक जानमाल के नुकसान की कोई रिपोर्ट नहीं थी। नई दिल्ली :- असम में, 33 जिलों के लगभग 27 लाख लोग जलप्रलय से प्रभावित हुए हैं। मौतों की रिपोर्ट बारपेटा, कोकराझार और मोरीगांव जिलों से की गई थी। इस साल बाढ़ और भूस्खलन के कारण मरने वालों की संख्या बढ़कर 122 हो गई है। पूर्वोत्तर राज्य में तीन और मौतों के साथ शुक्रवार को असम और बिहार में आई भीषण बाढ़ से कोई राहत नहीं मिली और लगभग 37 लाख लोग गंभीर रूप से प्रभावित हुए। राज्य के आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग के बुलेटिन के अनुसार, 10 जिलों के 74 ब्लॉकों की 529 पंचायतों में कुल 9.60 लाख लोग बाढ़ से प्रभावित हुए हैं। राष्ट्रपति राम नाथ कोविंद ने असम के मुख्यमंत्री सर्बानंद सोनोवाल से बात की और राज्य के प्रभावित लोगों के साथ एकजुटता व्यक्त की। उन्होंने राष्ट्रपति भवन से असम, बिहार और उत्तर प्रदेश के बाढ़ और कोविद -19 प्रभावित लोगों के लिए रेड क्रॉस राहत आपूर्ति करने वाले नौ ट्रकों को रवाना किया। बिहार में, गंडक नदी नेपाल के
